At Saro Wellness, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Here’s how our returns and exchanges process works:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of your purchase date. Please provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original package, if possible. All returns must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.
Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then process your return or exchange. For returns, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that Saro Wellness is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
In the case of exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we receive the original item. You will receive an email notification when the new item is shipped.
Please note: Saro Wellness reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet our return conditions.
