Email our client services team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Please include your business name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. - Return Authorization:
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. - Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Please ensure all components, labels, and accessories are included. - Shipping:
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the business. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. - Processing:
Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2–3 weeks. - Exchanges:
If you are requesting an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original item. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent at the time of shipment.
